Driveway Resurfacing: We revitalized the driveway with fresh scalp and resurfacing work, ensuring long-lasting durability.
Usable Parking Area: A key feature was the creation of a functional parking space above a septic tank, reinforced with new blockwork and 30-tonne-rated steel plates.
Retaining Wall Extension: The height of the retaining wall was extended and finished with a smooth render, complete with custom metal railing for added safety and style.
Steps Resurfacing: Steps leading to the property were resurfaced for a fresh look and improved safety.
Outdoor Living Spaces
Patio and Pathways: We laid down a stunning 48m² porcelain patio with integrated ACO drainage, complemented by a recycled grey Indian sandstone pathway, providing a perfect outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment.
Fencing and Borders: To match the anthracite aesthetic, we installed contemporary fencing with composite gravel boards and a steel border for the surrounding plant beds. This created a sleek, modern look while keeping the design child-friendly.
